Business Analyst
Who we need

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience who is interested in working with different projects and domains. Your role will be participating in pre-sales activities, discovery phases, initiating new projects, and helping with the existing ones in our MagicFuse team

Requirements
Must have
  • At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis
  • Experience in pre-sales and discovery phases
  • Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Experience in direct communication with the clients
  • Experience in writing user stories and use cases
  • Experience in preparing mockups
  • Experience working with Jira and Confluence
  • Solid self-organization skills
  • Technical skills: understanding of API, basic knowledge of SQL queries
Will be a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce-based projects is a strong plus
  • QA background
Responsibilities
  • Participation in pre-sales activities
  • Preparing WBS for estimation
  • Pariticipation in discovery phases
  • Requirements elicitation
  • Preparing user stories, acceptance criteria and technical requirements
  • Regular clarification of requirements with the clients and dev team
  • Requirements management
  • Support in the UAT process
  • Knowledge base documentation and mainteinance
