We are looking for a skilled Content Marketing Manager to join in our Talent Marketing team.

In this role, you'll create content, manage social media accounts, and set up ads on various platforms. If you are a pro at developing social media strategies that drive engagement and reach. You have a knack for setting up and managing successful ad campaigns. You're passionate about digital marketing and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Requirements

Must have

Minimum 2 years of experience in advertising and social media marketing
Experience in creating visual content for media platforms, including photos and videos
Excellent writing and editing skills (Ukrainian and English)
Strong experience in managing ads on Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Ads, and other social media platforms
Proven track record of managing social media accounts and increasing engagement and reach
Knowledge of analytics tools and ability to measure advertising effectiveness
At least an Intermediate level of English (speaking, writing)

Responsibilities

Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram), and develop advertising strategies to enhance our employer brand
Create and publish high-quality content, including articles, news, press releases, social media posts, etc
Set up and manage ads on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms
Produce visual content – photos and videos, for promotional purposes on various channels
Internal communications (write and send digests of news, vacancies, and report on charitable initiatives.)
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media
