Who we need

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Manager to help grow our HR brand. As a member of our Talent Marketing team, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and setting up ads.
If you are finished a course in PR, Marketing, or SMM and have a strong passion for digital marketing, we would love to hear from you!

We‘re primarily considering candidates from Lviv or the surrounding areas. Candidates who live in other cities will not be considered

Requirements

Must have

Finished RP, Marketing, SMM, or related courses
Experience in creating visual content for media platforms, including photos and videos
Good writing and editing skills (Ukrainian and English)
Knowledge of ads on Google Ads and Facebook Ads
Experience in managing social media accounts
Knowledge of analytics tools and ability to measure advertising effectiveness
Intermediate level of English (speaking, writing).

Will be a plus

Experience in advertising and social media marketing

Responsibilities

Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram)
Set up and manage ads on Google Ads, Facebook Ads
Create visual content – photos and videos for social media
Internal communications (write and send digests of news, vacancies, and report on charitable initiatives.)
Develop various text-based content, such as blog posts, press releases
Write texts (articles, news, press releases, social media posts, etc.)
