Who we need

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator with 3+ years of experience to join our high-performing and highly visible Salesforce Team

Requirements

Must have

3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Experience with CPQ, Sales Cloud, Validation Rules, Flows, Process Builder, Experience Cloud
English level at least Upper-Intermediate

Will be a plus

Experience with Confluence, JIRA

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Consultants to understand business requirements and tailor the product to meet specific organizational needs.
Create custom fields, automations, validation rules, and page layouts to optimize the product for efficient business processes.
Implement changes and enhancements to Salesforce configurations based on feedback and evolving business requirements.
Provide technical support to Consultants and end-users for Salesforce-related queries, issues, and incidents. Respond to support tickets promptly and follow up on problem resolution.
Develop and maintain reports to provide real-time insights into business performance.
Test new configurations and customizations to ensure they meet requirements and function as intended.
Manage user profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure that appropriate access levels are maintained for different users
