
We are looking for a motivated and passionate Sales Assistant to join our team at TechMagic. The main goal of this role is to support and assist our Sales team with communication, scheduling, estimation, and proposal processes. You will be working closely with our Sales and Marketing team, and Technical Delivery units.

Upper-Intermediate level of English and higher (min B2 level)
Strong analytical and communication skills (written is a must)
Ability to effectively work with Documents, Spreadsheets, Slides, Email correspondence
People-oriented and creative thinking
Business intelligence
Being tech-savvy
Experience in the IT-sphere
Any Sales-Related business experience (Sales, Business Development, Engagement, Marketing, Lead Generation, Customer Support)
Experience working with any CRM
Email follow-ups to potential clients
Creation of custom proposals, sales presentations, pitch decks
Respond to RFI, RFP documents
CRM maintenance
Scheduling and calendar management of Sales team
Track performance results
Organize business trips and roadshows
Cooperate with the TechMagic marketing team on various initiatives
