Senior Integration Engineer/Azure Cloud

Position details

Who we need

We are looking for a Senior Integration Engineer/Azure Cloud with 7+ years of professional experience to join our growing startup in the hotel industry.

Requirements

Must have

Expert in cloud development (Azure) and integration architecture
Experience with Azure cloud (Service bus, Event Grid, App services, Azure functions, Logic apps, App Insights, etc.)
Experience with Visual Studio, .NET Framework, .NET Core and C# programming
Experience with building RESTful APIs, Microservices, integrations and working with XML, JSON, etc.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (Cosmos DB)
Experience with Agile software development principles and tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Git)
Any experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium is an asset
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
At least an intermediate strong level of English

Responsibilities

Design and develop solutions that connect various systems, applications and data sources in a highly efficient integration architecture to drive business value
Collaborate with business teams and team lead to understand requirements and aid in planning development sprints
Write code, perform unit testing, develop appropriate artefacts/documentation, and facilitate final delivery
Maintain high standards of the development process and code quality by adhering to best practices
Ensure scalability, reusability, reliability and security considerations are factored in a pragmatic way to support a long-term sustainable architecture
Act as an Azure SME to aid in solution architecture and mentor team members
Work with management to provide high-level estimates on long-term roadmap initiatives
Assist the DevOps/support teams in various activities, such as troubleshooting high-priority implementation issues, production investigations, etc.

Product

Our customer is one of the world's most successful hotel companies. Hotel has 118 properties in 47 countries. For the second consecutive year, the hotel was named the Best Luxury Hotel Chain in the world by Business Traveller magazine.

Stage

This is a growing product ecosystem. Approximately 2-3 years in development; however, the stack is up to date, with no legacy.

Project team

Lviv team: Solutions Architect, Business Analyst, Project Manager, 6 Salesforce Developers, 1 Salesforce Administrator, 1 Marketing Cloud Specialist, 3 QA Engineers. Team on the client's side: only management and several support experts

Work Schedule

Full-time working day in our office (flexible hours) or full-time remote.

Interview Stages

1-st stage - call with Recruiter (30 minutes)
2-nd stage - interview with our Senior Engineer and Recruiter (1 hour)
3-rd stage - Client interview
