ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant
Who we need

We're looking for a confident and experienced Senior Technical Consultant who can launch and drive a new direction at our company - the ServiceNow department. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing technical leadership on customer engagements and developing/evolving best practices for the delivery of ServiceNow solutions and services, in a client consulting environment.

Must have
  • At least 3 years of experience in systems design and development experience in the delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Experience in delivery of IT Service Management solutions
  • Solid presentation skills
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
  • Proven team player and team builder
  • Windows/Linux Operating System, Virtual machine configuration and connectivity
  • Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies
Will be a plus
  • Experience with, WebServices, APIs, database-level integrations/ETL
  • Experience with, Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc) and working in a SaaS environment


  • Lead workshops to gather business/technical requirements
  • Consult customers on industry and ServiceNow best practices
  • Lead and own all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery including
  • Application UI Configuration
  • Workflow Configuration and Development
  • Development of required client specific reporting
  • Development of requirement integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc)
  • Interface with ServiceNow technical teams, such as Cloud Infrastructure, to successfully set up the SaaS platform
  • Be a key member of the overall implementation project team
  • Prepare all client-facing and internal deliverables that are technology-related
  • Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences
About Project
Work Schedule
Full-time working day in our Lviv office (Stryiska street), (flexible hours) or full-time remote
