Junior Strong/Middle Project Manager

We are looking for a proactive Junior Strong/Middle Project Manager with 1,5+ years of experience to join our team.

📍 Lviv or Kyiv location

Requirements:

• 1,5+ years of experience as a Project Manager (or in a similar role)
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Strong organizational, time-management, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills — written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)
• Team Lead experience is mandatory
• English: Upper-Intermediate or Advanced

Will be a plus:

• Experience with HealthCare projects
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification

Responsibilities:

• Manage all project phases, from discovery through delivery
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Lead project team activities and coordinate daily tasks
• Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or blockers
• Keep project documentation accurate and up-to-date
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management

Interview Stages:

• 1st stage — call with Recruiter

• 2nd stage — interview with Delivery Director and Recruiter
