Sales Operations Assistant

At TechMagic, we specialize in building modern, scalable software solutions for startups and enterprises across industries like fintech, healthtech, and cybersecurity. As we grow, we’re looking for a Sales Operations Assistant to support our business development and pre-sales operations.

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, high-tech environment. While no prior experience is required, a background in customer support, sales operations, or the tech industry is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating high-quality commercial proposals and client presentations

  • Help complete RFIs, RFPs, and other procurement documentation

  • Coordinate and track follow-ups with prospects and partners

  • Manage and process NDAs and other legal documentation

  • Support CRP (Client Relationship Process) operations to ensure excellence in delivery and engagement tracking

  • Maintain internal documentation and knowledge base for the sales team

  • Collaborate with sales, legal, and delivery teams to streamline sales operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

  • Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace; experience with CRMs like Pipedrive or Salesforce is a plus

  • Any previous experience in customer support, sales coordination, or the high-tech industry is an advantage

  3. Initial Interview – with our Account Executive and current Sales Assistant

  4. Final Interview – with the Head of Sales and Account Executive
