Anastasiia Dubichuk is a Delivery Manager and Technical Project Manager at TechMagic with more than seven years of experience in software development. She started her career as a QA engineer and has since managed over 20 projects across web, mobile, IoT, and other domains, including healthcare, eCommerce, marketing, machine learning, and tourism. Today, Anastasiia leads three cross-functional teams of ten specialists, working closely with clients to shape and deliver successful digital products. Her background in quality assurance and product ownership helps her combine a strong technical understanding with a clear business perspective. She believes in transparent communication, adaptable processes, and helping startups bring products to market that people love and trust.
