Oleg Dats is the Co-Founder and CEO of TechMagic and MagicFuse. He leads a team of 400+ experts building digital products that help startups and enterprises grow faster and smarter. His journey began in a large engineering company, where he learned what makes technology work at scale. In 2014, he left corporate life to start something of his own: a company built around trust, expertise, and long-term partnerships. That’s how TechMagic was born. Over the years, Oleg has guided the company from a small startup to a global tech partner with offices in Ukraine, Poland, the UK, and the USA. Today, TechMagic has helped more than 120 startups raise funding, delivered over 200 successful projects, and built trusted partnerships with clients worldwide. Under his leadership, TechMagic has earned industry recognition from Clutch and Forbes, expanded through acquisitions, and launched new brands, such as MagicFuse (Salesforce), MagicHire (recruitment), and MagicFlux (UI/UX design). The company is also an official AWS Consulting Partner, Salesforce Partner, and Serverless Dev Partner, with ISO 9001:2015 and 27001 certifications. Oleg believes that great technology comes from collaboration, constant learning, and bold ideas. His focus today is on innovation and AI.
