Regular PDP

PDP – meetings on Personal Development Plan, where our colleagues receive comprehensive feedback on their work and together with TeamLead and HR make a plan for the development of their soft and hard skills. We support professionals who intend to change their career direction (go from Manual QA to AQA or Business Analysis, from developer to DevOps, etc.)
